This is inform that Pursuant SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the code of the conduct of the company to regulate, Monitor and report trading by directors, promoters, Designated employees and specified connected persons of the company and material subsidiaries of the company, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall be closed from 01st April, 2022 and will end till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 31st March, 2022
