Dear Sir/Madam, In terms of subject referred regulation, the Company has been informed by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), KFIN Technologies Limited vide letter no.KFPL/RIS/TEL/DUP/2022 dated June 21, 2022 about the receipt of intimation of loss of following share certificate/ procedure of issue of Duplicate share certificate as per attached letter.
