TCI INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2022. As informed earlier vide our letter dated September 29, 2022, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Insider Trading - Code of Conduct, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from October 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of said Unaudited Financial Results to the BSE Limited.
