TCM LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In compliance of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015, read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE vide its letter dated 02nd April 2019 vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, regarding trading restriction period for dealing in the securities of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from Monday, 01st July 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 (both days inclusive). The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchange.
