TECH MAHINDRA LTD. - Outcome of Nomination & Remuneration Committee Meeting

Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on February 01, 2016 approved the grant of 64,000 options to new joiner and 36,69,300 options to the existing employees under ESOP-2014 plan of the Company, convertible in to an aggregate of 37,33,300 equity shares of the Company.
