Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on July 03, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 106664 equity shares of Rs. 5/-each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>- 12800 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>- 31300 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>- 51510 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>- 11054 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
