Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 24, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 135780 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>" 6680 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<BR><BR>" 21600 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR><BR>" 15204 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR><BR>" 53296 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR><BR>" 39000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
