Pursuant to the circular No.NSE/CML/2013/15 dated December 18, 2013 issued by NSE and read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this is to intimate that the trading window of the Company is closed from April 1, 2020 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.
