With reference to the earlier letter dated May 26, 2015 in relation to outcome of meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 26, 2015 - Scheme of Amalgamation of Tech Mahindra BPO Limited and New vC Services Private Limited with Tech Mahindra Limited and their shareholders and creditors.<BR><BR>Tech Mahindra Ltd has now informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay has on March 04, 2016 orally pronounced an Order, approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Tech Mahindra BPO Limited and New vC Services Private Limited with Tech Mahindra Limited. The certified true copy of the said Order is awaited.
