Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, approved grant of 48,000 options under TML-ESOP-B 2013 to few employee(s) of the Company, convertible into 48,000 equity shares of the Company and 36,000 Options to few employees under TML RSUs convertible into 36,000 equity shares of the Company.
