Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in its Securities, this is to inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons of the Company w.e.f. October 1, 2022 and shall open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022.
