Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 10, 2014 for issue and allotment of a total of 53815 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under :<br/><br/>- 6010 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<br/><br/>- 9625 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<br/><br/>- 6032 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<br/><br/>- 19750 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<br/><br/>- 12398 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSUs.
