Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 14, 2014 for issue and allotment of a total of 47314 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under :<br/><br/>- 4180 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000.<br/><br/>- 8650 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<br/><br/>- 14565 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<br/><br/>- 13714 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<br/><br/>- 6205 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSUs.
