Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on December 14, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 74180 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:<BR><BR>- 20100 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.<BR>- 27168 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.<BR>- 18408 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.<BR>- 6000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014.<BR>- 2504 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
