Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held September 09, 2014, approved grant of 13,73,200 options under ESOP 2014 to 1,542 employees of the Company, convertible into 13,73,200 equity shares of the Company at market price.
