TECH MAHINDRA LTD. - Tech Mahindra Announces Acquisition of Lightbridge Communications Corporation

Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on November 20, 2014 approved a proposal to acquire 100% capital of Lightbridge Communications Corporation (LCC), USA by the Company or through its wholly owned subsidiary.<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release dated November 20, 2014, titled "Tech Mahindra Announces Acquisition of Lightbridge Communications Corporation".
