TECHNOFAB ENGINEERING LIMITED - Board to consider Dividend

Technofab Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 20, 2017, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Financial Results prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017, including recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, and connected persons with immediate effect upto May 22, 2017 (both days inclusive).
