In terms of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the soft copy of the Annual Report which comprises of the Directors'''' Report, Audited Standalone Financial Statements and Auditor''''s Report thereon, for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024, and the Notice convening the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 27th August, 2024 at 4.00 p.m. (IST). The Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24 and Notice of 42nd Annual General Meeting have been sent through e-mail to all the Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participants. The aforesaid Annual Report along with Notice has also been uploaded on the website of the Company.
