Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that M/s. G R Shah & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor of the Company with immediate effect. The details required under above mentioned regulation read with circular no. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 w.r.t. appointment of Secretarial Auditor of listed entity are enclosed in Annexure I
