Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that M/s. Padaliya & Associates has been appointed as Internal Auditor of the Company with immediate effect. The details as required under regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 w.r.t. appointment of Internal Auditor, of listed entity are enclosed in Annexure II
