Took Note of the Auditors Reports forming part of Standalone and Consolidated financials for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. 3. Appointed Mr. Murali Krishna Chakrala, Chartered Accountant, Finance Directoras Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24. 4. HDFC Bank Ltd sanctioned the Term loan, Cash Credit and Working Capital Demand Loan to the tune of Rs. 25 Crore to Company for its business development.
