TECHNVISION VENTURES LTD. - Corrigendum To The Annual Report 2020

we wish to inform you that certain inadvertent, typographical, printing and typo setting errors were noticed in the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2019-20 filed with the Stock Exchange on 07th September, 2020. Hence, we are submitting a corrigendum to the Annual Report 2019-2020 and the same be published in Newspaper as per Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. It is also uploaded on the Company's website.
