Tecpro Systems Ltd has informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was to be held on February 25, 2015, has now been postponed and re-scheduled to be held on March 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2014.
