This is to inform you that pursuant to provisions of SEBI PIT Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2024 until 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2024.
