Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR ) Regulations 2015, we would like to inform you that the members of the Company in their 26th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 28th September, 2017 approved the following resolutions:<BR> <BR> 1. Approval of Audited Balance sheet as on 31st March 2017 and Audited Profit & Loss Statement for the year ended on that date together with the Directors' Report and Auditors' Report thereon.<BR> <BR> 2. Re-appointment of Mr. K Ramachander Rao as Director of the Company who retires by rotation and being eligible offers for re-appointment<BR> <BR> 3. Appointment of M/s. Chandra Babu Naidu & Co., (FRN: 016016S), Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company w.e.f the Conclusion of this Annual General Meeting for a term of Five Years subject to ratification at every Annual General Meeting and fix their remuneration<BR>
