Tejas Networks Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Company's trading window will be closed for designated persons from December 15, 2019 to January 23, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of financial results for the quarter ending December 30, 2019.
