Pursuant to applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendment thereto, we wish to inform you that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, KMPs, Designated employees and other connected persons will commence from 01st April, 2023 and end 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31st, 2023 become generally available information.
