In compliance of provision of Regulation 47 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has published the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended on 31ST March, 2023 which has been approved by Board of Directors at the Board Meeting held on May 20TH, 2023. The financial results were published in 'Active Times' (English Newspaper) and 'Mumbai Lakshadweep' (Marathi Newspaper), on 22TH May, 2023.
