TEMPTATION FOODS LTD. - Clarification on Outcome of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 22, 2011 regarding the Company appointed Ms. Shweta Gaja as a Company Secretary of the Company as per Board Meeting held on September 22, 2011, Temptation Foods Ltd has now informed BSE that she is not our Company Secretary and the Company have wrongly mentioned the name of Ms. Shweta Gaja. She never involved in any day to day transactions of the Company.
