To consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2011.<br/><br/>2. Appoint Mr. PVK Raman as an interim additional independent Director of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Accept the resignation of Mr. Nimish B. Thakore as President- Corporate affairs and Company Secretary of the Company.<br/><br/>4.
