TERA SOFTWARE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors/officers/designated persons/connected persons of the Company from 1st April 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st March 2024. The date of declaration of the Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
