This is inform that Pursuant SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the code of the conduct of the company to regulate, Monitor and report trading by directors, promoters, Designated employees and specified connected persons of the company and material subsidiaries of the company, the Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall be closed from 01st October, 2020 and will end till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September, 2020.<BR> The date of Board Meeting to approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2020 will be communicated in due course.
