Pursuant to the requirements of provisions of Regulation 39 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to bring to your notice that the Company has received an intimation from Freedom Registry Limited, the Register & Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company as on 29th November, 2022 with regard to lost/misplaced of Original Share Certificates BHARAT RASIKLAL SHAH / NAYAN R SHAH, a Member of the Company and for the issue of Duplicate share certificates.
