Thakkers Developers Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015, the Company informs that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from April, 01 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter and year ending March 31, 2025 to the exchanges.
