The Indian Wood Products Company Ltd - Book Closure For The Purpose Of Dividend

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulation, the Registrar of Members and Shares Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday September 04, 2024 to Tuesday September 10, 2024 (both days inclusive) or taking record of the Members of the Company for payment of Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024 and the aforesaid ensuing AGM.
