We refer our earlier letter dated 27th June, 2022 informing you about the closure of trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2022. Since now the Unaudited Financial Results are going to be considered in the upcoming Board Meeting scheduled on 10th August, 2022, the trading window will be closed as per below new schedule: 01st July, 2022 to 12th August, 2022
