Phoenix Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 09, 2016, <BR>inter alia, to consider and declare Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect i.e. for the period from March 03, 2016 till March 11, 2016 (both days inclusive).
