The Phoenix Mills Ltd - Board recommends Dividend

Phoenix Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, have :<br/><br/>1. Recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.20/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2014, subject to shareholders approval at the ensuing AGM.<br/><br/>2. Took note of the resignation of Mr. Gautam Nayak as Independent Director of the Company with effect from May 28, 2014.
