The Phoenix Mills Ltd - Allotment of Shares

Phoenix Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 18, 2015, has allotted 51,250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up at an exercise price of Rs. 270/- per share to the employees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the Phoenix Mills Employees Stock Option Plan 2007 of the Company.<BR><BR>Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the equity share capital of the Company stand increased from present level of 144,905,445 (Nos.) to 144,956,695 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
