The Phosphate Company Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for trading in the Company''s securities by all Designated Persons shall remain closed from Thursday, 01-04-2021 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31-03-2021.
