The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company from November 03, 2014 to November 07, 2014 (both days inclusive).
