Thermax Limited has informed the Exchange that the Shareholders at their meeting held on August 1, 2024 approved continuation of directorship of Mrs. Meher Pudumjee (DIN:00019581) as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation in terms of Regulation 17(1D) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
