Thermax Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 along with related segment-wise financial results and to recommend dividend, if any.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Company intends to submit the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 within the period of 60 (Sixty) days from the close of the financial year instead of submitting the Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter.
