Thermax Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has adopted new Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, notified on January 15, 2015 which is effective from May 15, 2015.
