With reference to the earlier letter dated July 09, 2015, regarding intimation of the Board Meeting on July 28, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, Thermax Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 17, 2015 to July 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
