Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on January 28, 2017, inter alia, to consider unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Insider Trading Code, the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares shall remain closed from January 17, 2017 to January 30, 2017 (both days inclusive) for promoters, directors, designated employees and connected persons.
