Please note that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors, vide resolution dated 14th August, 2017 allotted 8770 Equity Shares under the Thomas Cook Employees Stock Option Plan 2007. We herein enclose the details as required under Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 as Annexure A.
