Thomas Cook (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2014, inter alia, decided to seek shareholders permission through postal ballot on Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) Limited, Thomas Cook Insurance Services (India) Limited and Thomas Cook (India) Limited.
