Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''Listing Regulations'') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Sudharshan Rangarajan has tendered his resignation from the position of Managing Director of the company with effect from November 16, 2021 due to his health issues. <BR> <BR> The Board of Directors has accepted his resignation and consented to relieve him of his responsibilities.<BR> <BR> The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed annexure.
