Tide Water Oil (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016, and also consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2015-16 and book closure for this purpose.
